Duotone Image
Duotone was one of my favorite things I have learned so far through one of my classes at UF because it is fun to look at/design and it completely changes the vibe of the original image which I think is super cool. I used a picture of my families cat, Ollie for this example because I thought it was a super cute and lighthearted way to showcase duotone and how I perceive it.
Water Day Flyer
I also really enjoyed creating this flyer because of all the different parts that went into creating it. For starters, I liked making the droplets from scratch and using the pen tool to design them. I thought creating the colors and layering everything was super cool and seeing it come together was amazing and made me so proud of myself and how much I have learned.
Magazine Cover
The magazine cover was a super cool learning opportunity because while I have only attached one page, there are actually five more making it a 6 page magazine. Two pages are covers and the other four are the inside with text and pictures. I thought this project was enjoyable because it was fun playing with the different aspects of the magazine and seeing it come together looking like a real magazine with the front and back cover was super cool to accomplish.
Business Card
I was given the opportunity to design a personal business card which was actually make favorite to come up with because while it seems simple, it is something I can use for myself right now. I got to pick the font and put my information making it completely my own and I love it!
Infographic
For the final project I am showing, I got to create a fun and very colorful ice cream inphographic. I enjoyed creating this because of how light hearted and cute it came together. It uses lots of fun colors and I got to design it using images, facts and titles that I came up with myself. I got to be a little cheesy with it and really enjoyed putting this one together.
